7.AI Functionality & Privacy Declaration
Our product integrates advanced AI functionalities (including Smart Inspiration, AI Translation, and Content Generation) powered by industry-leading models.
- Smart Inspiration & Assistance: When you use our AI inspiration features to generate post captions or chat replies, we process your inputs and context to provide creative suggestions. This data is used solely to power the real-time interaction and is not stored to create a personal profile of your private thoughts.
- Privacy Protection: We do not use your 1v1 private conversations or uploaded personal photos to train our AI models or third-party models without your explicit, separate opt-in consent.
- Data Minimization: We only process the minimum amount of text/context necessary to provide the "Smart Inspiration" or "Translation" service.
- User Control: You have full control over these features. You can choose to use or ignore AI suggestions, and you can disable specific AI-assisted functions in the App Settings at any time.
- Transparency: While AI provides creative assistance, the final content shared on the platform remains the responsibility of the user.
8.Your Rights & Account Deletion
- We take reasonable steps to ensure your data is accurate. You have the right to:
- Access, correct, or delete your personal data.
- Restrict or object to further processing.
Account Deletion: You may delete your Joya account at any time within the App Settings. Upon deletion, we will remove your personal data from our active servers within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
9.Children
Our products are intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16. If we discover such data, we will delete it immediately.
10.Data Security and International Transfer
We implement technical and administrative measures to protect your data. As a global platform, your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your residence (e.g., Singapore, USA). We ensure these transfers comply with standard contractual clauses (GDPR-compliant).
