Joya AI Service Agreement
Effective Date: April 14, 2026
This AI Service Agreement ("Agreement") supplements our main Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. It legally governs your use of the generative text tools inside Joya, specifically IM Chat Assistance (Smart Ice-breaking Replies) and Post Inspiration (Feed Caption Generation).
1. Scope of AI Features
Joya integrates standard third-party text processing APIs to provide users with social text inspiration.
- User-Triggered Only: These features only function when you actively tap the generation button. No automated background content creation is performed.
- Service Scenarios: Features are strictly limited to personal chat text drafting and dynamic feed text assistance. All real-time full-text translation features have been deprecated.
2. Credit Metering and Billing Rules
The use of text generation features consumes standard in-app Joya Credits.
- Consumption Standards: 2 Credits per trigger for IM Chat Assistance; 4 Credits per trigger for Post Inspiration. Credits are deducted instantly upon each successful API generation response.
- No Refund for Semantic Results: Credits are billed for the computational service provided by the API. Joya does not refund credits based on user dissatisfaction with the semantic style or personal preference of the generated text.
3. User Responsibility for Content
AI recommendations are for reference and creative inspiration only.
- Final Review: You remain the sole publisher of any message or post. You must review the generated text before sending.
- Prohibited Conduct: You are strictly prohibited from utilizing the assistance tools to generate or spread content containing hate speech, harassment, explicit sexual descriptions, or deceptive deepfakes.
4. Privacy and Data Security
- Zero Model Training: Joya DOES NOT use your 1v1 private messages, draft history, or post content to train foundational text models or any third-party systems.
- Ephemeral Processing: The input text context is transmitted purely to complete the immediate API request and is not permanently logged or stored on transit text servers.
5. Disclaimers
The generative text features are provided on an "AS IS" basis. Joya does not guarantee that the generated suggestions will meet your social expectations or satisfy local linguistic nuances. Joya shall not be held liable for account penalties or interpersonal conflicts resulting from text generated by these tools.
